Building on 11 years of recruitment and selection experience, we launched our own company, Salesjoin Kft., in July 2016. We started 13 years ago with a clear vision: instead of gaining a little experience in everything, we aimed to accumulate the deepest possible expertise in specific fields. This allows us to serve our Employers and Job Seekers with the most precise and practical knowledge. Our primary focus is on technical and engineering roles, which account for 80% of our successful placements. The remaining 20% consists of various other positions that we are happy to undertake and fulfill whenever we see a high probability of success.
For the first full business year, our gross sales have already exceeded HUF 125,000,000. We've got it: our company is proud of our AAA financial certification, which means a financially stable business.
As a further development of our company, the founding document of Salesjoin Magyarország Zrt. was signed in June. Then Salesjoin Kft. was transformed on September 17th into Zrt.
We also closed this year with a 2-digit growth, reaching a gross amount of. HUF 140,000,000 in sales revenues.
Our growth has continued this year, with both our client base and revenue increasing by a further 16%.
While this has been a year of global change for everyone, for us, it has been defined by the precise and professional fulfillment of our existing contracts.
This has been a year of stabilization and the beginning of a strong recovery. Thanks to our returning and new clients, we have successfully rebuilt the majority of our 2019 revenue levels.
This year, we were awarded one of the highest-level certifications from HVG Publishing Ltd., an achievement we are exceptionally proud of.
The year began with a dynamic surge in the first two months, followed by a period of cautious waiting and strategic replanning by employers for the remainder of the year. During this time, our company rebranded as Munkaerotoborzo.hu Magyarország Zrt. to ensure better brand recall and market recognition.
